- My main goal is not just to enter data into MLS, but to get the house SOLD!
- Ensure all supplemental docs, pictures, MLS data etc are loaded BEFORE going live in MLS. I can't emphasize enough how important this is so that you, as the listing agent, protect your clients
- This ensures your listing propagates out to all the other internet sites and to Buyers correctly the 1st time
- You only get one chance for a good 1st impression!
- My process/formula ensures the lowest DOM and commanding the highest offer(s). I have several other ideas and recommendations in this area which we can discuss when you get the listing
- Enter the MLS listing data
- Enter the showing company info for showings in MLS
- Enter any future Open Houses into MLS
- Send all Executed docs to the clients for their files
- I do much more and my proprietary software that I developed, has a 62 point checklist I follow for the listing process
- This fee is paid upfront by the listing agent
